SAMMAMISH, Wash., August 17, 2003 - Mergic, Inc., announced that a version of its Mergic™ Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) VPN client will be included with the new palmOne™ WiFi Card. This will enable palmOne WiFi Card users that need behind-the-firewall access to securely check email, browse their company intranet and wirelessly synchronize with their desktop to back up information and manage email.
